5. Springy Crush - Proof Poll Delinetor

SCPPD is usually installed at the center or side of the roads to divide the lanes. It could warn the cars don't drive across the separating line of the road. There are two/three high class light reflection bends stuck on the concave of SCPPD which can reflect the light of the vehicles to warn the drivers especially at night. This Poll Delineator can be used as a barrier also. The provision of putting the chain on Poll can make NO ENTRY ZONE for public.
