This Aircraft is a scale down replica of one of the II World War trainer plane named ‘Miles Magister’. It’s a two seater low wing monoplane. This plane is developed by Mr. Urvish Nawab of Endeavour
Engineering , Ahmedabad as a test model which has acting controls like real plane but can not be airborne. It has a capacity to run on ground with the help of the thrust generated by propeller. The plane is made as a challenge, that we Indians can manufacture such things on purely our own knowledge, ingenuity and resources. 100 % indigenous! This is made in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India with total Indian stuff. The plane is manufactured by using many different materials like, Plastic, Aluminum alloy, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Marine wood, etc. |

Why Plastics in Aircraft?
Top-performing plastic materials help manufacturers
- Improve aesthetics
- Design flexibility
- Meet changing standards
- Reduce fuel consumption
- Lower costs
- Aircraft Interiors
- Mechanical Applications
- Aircraft Contacts
A high performance plastic for aircraft interiors meets stringent FAA regulations for smoke generation, toxicity and heat release. Transparent and opaque grades can be injection molded into strong, lightweight components plus extruded into sheets, profiles and tubing. Integrally colored grades eliminate the added cost and weight of painting.
High performance plastics offer extraordinary strength and stiffness at temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). This combined with high elongation, low creep and excellent resistance to wear, fatigue and chemicals makes it a strong candidate for metal replacement in mechanical applications.
Mr. Urvish Nawab has flown Two seater Aircrafts & Microlight plane as his hobby and being from Plastic family his vision is to use more and more plastics in making of Aircrafts for better performance. |
