3. PRODUCTS MOULDED FROM POLYURETHENE [TPU]
4. TEXTILE INDUSTRIES PRODUCTS
 |

• Endeavour SOFT BLOW HAMMERS are the most advanced type of Hammer fabricated with Polyurethane heads, designed and engineered for its silent & maintenance free long lasting service to get optimum Impact strength at exertion of minimum human energy.
• In addition to the special design of the hammer body, using lighter weight seamless tubular steel duly powder coated & fitted with high quality shock absorbing ergonomically design Rubber grip at the handle. The pipe and body is firmly dowelled rather then welded , for more safety. The special property of PU used at the heads that attribute to its sturdiness & wear resistance when compared to conventional mallets available in the market, are
1.High elasticity, irrespective of hardness.
2.Flexibility at wide range of temperature ranging from -40° C to + 110° C.
3.Good resistance to all adverse weather conditions, even at high energy radiation.
4.Good resistance to Oil, Grease & many more chemicals & solvents as also to Rotting.
5.Extreme high wear resistance & impact strength.
6.Available in three sizes- 35mm Ø ,50mm Ø, & 75mm Ø
The hammer heads are distincted by two colours for different hardness suitable for various applications. Yellow for Soft & Red for Hard Shore hardness .
The hammers are available with 35mm Ø ,50mm Ø & 75mm Ø heads
Endeavour’ SOFT BLOW HAMMERS are extensively used in – Steel & Aluminum sheet metal works, Automobile fabrication, Precision Tools, Jigs, Fixtures, Moulds & Dies assembly work, Electrical Motor rewinding, Industrial /Electrical /Home appliances assembly and maintenance work, Fixing of the floor tiles & other endless application left to your imagination……….
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HAMMER ON SHARP EDGES, NAILS OR ON VERY HOT SURFACES.

6. PLASTIC FASTNERS
| |
 |
The Advantages of Plastic Fasteners
• Most of our fasteners are made of Polyamide 6.6 , Poly Acetal, PP (Polypropylene) or any specific material required by customer.
• The working temperature range of Plastic fastener is from -30 °C to +130 °C and it has a peak utilization temperature of +155 °C allowing many applications throughout industry.
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
• Fasteners from plastics are extremely light, do not rust, clean and insulating. Therefore, they can be used in the foodstuffs and medical industries |
|
| |
• Their excellent resistance to traction and combustion (UL 94), their elasticity, and their excellent electrical and chemical characteristics mean that Plastic Fasteners are being increasingly widely used and can even be said to have become indispensable.
|
|
| |
• Plastic Fasteners resists most diluted acids. It also has excellent resistance to petroleum, benzene, acetone, white spirit, trichloroethylene and oil. |
|
| |
• Widely used by the Chemical, Electronic and Electrical industries. |
|
