Product Design For Manufacturability (DFM) :   

                  One of the areas where we feel we stand apart from other injection molders is that we have the ability to address virtually all aspects of production "From Conception to Completion". We have taken the challenge of making many parts from just an idea, to full production. Product development may consist of any or all of the following steps:

          Our design team will assist you in finalizing your product with state of the art computer solid modeling and rendering technology. This helps you visualize your part and/or prepare marketing material while your product is being prepared for manufacturing. The solid model file is then translated into code, and imported directly into our equipment, which then cuts your mold precisely.     

           
           Many times by making small, insignificant changes in your parts' design, we can save you both time and money by adapting the part to be molded in the most efficient way. Hence you can save considerably on cutting, tooling and production costs. All of this is achieved while still meeting your requirements for part strength, aesthetics, etc.



          Another aspecte of engineering is mold flow analysis.By analyzing the progression of plastic flowing into your part cavity, we can prevent several problems such as air pockets or flash that might otherwise occur. This analysis can be done with professional analyst.

Mold Design :

           The design of the tool or mold is crucial because it dictates how well the part will run once it is put into production. The style and layout of the ejection system and cooling channels among other things determines how fast the part can run and thus the amount of labor required. We will custom design your tool depending on your budget, amount of production anticipated, and the texture and shape required

Material Selection :

                 There are many different families and grades of plastics to choose from today. Different applications call for different plastic parameters.Endeavour has exhaustive data on different polymers, ready on hand from several different global suppliers. Add to it the several years of experience in deciding which plastic is best suited for each application, hence most of the times we are accurate and on target. We mold plastics ranging from commodity to high performance polymers like PS, ABS, PP, HDPE, PA-6,PA-66,POLY ACETAL, PC, PPO, PPS, PU, PEEK, PBTP, PETP, etc. with  reinforcements like Glass, Minerals,MoS2,Graphite,Carbon etc., and can mold any color imaginable.

Plastic Injection Mould Manufacturing :

         Plastic injection molds are designed and built with professional Tool-room. Mold tooling is designed and built by true craftsmen using CAD/CAM and the latest CNC and EDM equipment. Our extreme attention to detail ensures that the plastic injection molds and our custom injection molding will meet your exacting requirements.

Plastic Injection Molding :

           Our plastic injection moulding shop employs a team of experienced operators that run equipment from 30 tons to 300 tons. We have computer-controlled plastic injection molding machines that give optimal efficiency in set-up, process control and monitoring. They deliver precise shots time and time again. We have in-house capacity up to 130 Tons machine and beyond that; we get it done with other equally competent moulding shop under our strict supervision. We are equipped with Mould heating systems, Pre drying ovens, Post moulding Annealing Chamber, Scrape grinder and material handling equipments.

Secondary Operations Additional Manufacturing Services :

• Assembly :
  
           We have a very capable assembly staff employed that is able to do nearly any assembly required to get your product ready for packaging. We will also perform any special boxing or packaging requirements needed.

• Insert Molding :
  
            Insert molding allows for other components (e.g. metal parts) to be totally integrated into the whole plastic molded part.

Quality Control System :

          Quality control is a very important part of any company in today's competitive marketplace, and we take it very seriously. QC at Endeavour Engineering is a three-step process:

           1. Every part that is produced is inspected by our trained machine operators the moment it comes out of our machine using the parameters set by our customer, to identify any rejects.

           2. The parts are then randomly inspected once again by our QC personnel at the machine once every hour.

           3. Finally, the acceptable parts are boxed, counted, and moved to our quality control department, where they are randomly and if required 100% inspected finally, and the count is verified. The parts are then ready for shipment
